Complemar adds FPE, Manufacturing Division to Product Portfolio

July 2010 - Complemar announced the company purchased the assets of FPE Inc., manufacturer of fully automatic cider and other liquid treatment systems with an installed base of over 350 systems located across the US and globally. “Complemar is excited to expand our manufacturing capabilities into the area of purification for the food and beverage processing industries. Delivering innovative process solutions is a key component of the value we deliver to each of our customers,” said Christine Whitman, chairman, chief executive officer and president of Complemar. “This new division is an ideal fit for us.” FPE manufactures a fully automatic cider treatment system, CiderSure, utilizing the latest in germicidal Ultraviolet lamp technology and computer controls to kill harmful E.coli bacteria. The systems are installed to address all aspects of cider production from the tree to the bottle with the safest possible end product. “Complemar offers manufacturing and assembly as a service to our customers who need a supply chain partner to provide redundancy, reduced response time and lower distribution costs. Real Log Homes® Retains JLH, a division of Complemar

JLH will act as the company’s primary fulfillment center for Real Log Homes® providing marketing materials to the company’s sales representatives across the country on a continual basis. The contract includes production of a matrix with variable components printed on individual postcards, which vary in design each month.

Complemar Opens Fourth Location to Focus on Clean Energy in Austin, Texas

Prior to joining Complemar, Wood held positions with Ultrafab, IEC, Xerox, and Motorola. She earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Alfred University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Kodak has been a Complemar customer for many years, utilizing Complemar’s call center support, order management, packaging and fulfillment services. Through the years Complemar has provided Kodak contract assembly, data management and in-sourced warehouse services.

Kodak's invitation-only Supplier Certification process evaluates an organization's ability to manage its operation in a way that is focused on the customer. Kodak considers five key areas of performance including: the depth, breadth, and maturity level of the supplier's quality management system; quality; productivity; lead-time and delivery. To be successful, suppliers must meet or exceed Kodak's established goals and targets.

April 2009 – Complemar Partners, Inc. with operations in Rochester, NY and Sparks, NV has announced the expansion of its businesses with the acquisition of Merrill Print, LLC, formerly Merrill Press, a Buffalo-based Print On-Demand company.

JLH Division Announces Promotion

January 2009 - JLH, a division of Complemar, announced that Wendy Roberts has been named operations manager for the Sparks print, mail and fulfillment company.

Roberts has been with JLH since 2007 most recently working as a warehouse and fulfillment manager where she managed day to day warehouse operations including receiving, production and shipping. In her new role, Roberts is responsible for overseeing all operations including mail, print and fulfillment and will plan the arrangement of product within JLH’s 24,000 square foot warehouse.

“Wendy is a key member to our team and we are happy to have her as our operations manager,” said Chris Fleiner, president of JLH. “Her thoroughness and great client relations will be a great asset to our print, mail and fulfillment efforts.”

As operations manager, Roberts will also work in tandem with the production manager on all mail activities and work closely with Complemar Inc. located in Rochester, New York.
