Christine B. Whitman
Chairman, CEO, and President
Christine Whitman serves as Chairman, CEO, and President of Complemar, Inc., a packaging and fulfillment company in Rochester, NY. She is also the managing partner of CSW Associates, where she manages a portfolio of equity investments. Previously she served as Chairman, President and CEO of CVC, Inc., a semiconductor manufacturing equipment company that she took public and sold in 2000. Ms. Whitman also serves as member of the Board of Directors of SemiZone, Inc., Los Altos,CA, Soleo Communications in Fairport, NY, and Voiceport in Pittsford, NY. She is a Vice Chair the Rochester Institute of Technology Board of Trustees, Chair of the Rochester Museum and Science Center and member of the Greater Rochester Enterprise Board of Directors, the Al Sigl Partners Foundation Board of Governors, and the Halcyon Hill Foundation Board of Advisors.
Maura Arendt
Quality and ISO Manager
Maura has been a member of the core Complemar community since before the company's creation, and has worked through various Quality positions of increasing responsibility to become our Quality and ISO Manager. Maura manages day-to-day quality assurance activities, GMP compliance, and the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the corporate quality system. With Maura's leadership, the company has received and maintained its ISO certification since December 1998.
Steve Aesch
Controller
Steve Aesch brings over twenty years of experience in financial management and planning to the Complemar skill set. Prior to Complemar, Steve has led and managed a range of financial activities with a variety of firms. His most recent experience was performing the duties of a Controller for Rochester Optical Manufacturing & Laboratory. Steve's responsibilities within Complemar include overseeing and managing the financial and HR functions of the firm.
Phillip Chapados
VP of Software Products
Phil is responsible for software development, Information Technology, software, databases, hardware and telephones and internet connectivity at Complemar. Prior to joining Complemar, Phil served for the last 4 years as a software architect through his consulting company, Agile Systems. He served as Control Systems Engineering Director at CVC, acquired by Veeco Instruments, from 1994-2003. Previously he served as a member of Technical Staff at Texas Instruments. Phil received his PhD & MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, and a BSEE from Johns Hopkins University.
Sandy Hess
Director of Sales and Client Support
Sandy brings over fifteen years of understanding and delivering quality to her customers. Prior to joining Complemar, Sandy served as Director of Inside Sales & Customer Service at General Code, and was previously employed at Impco/Webcraft/Vertis for eight years where she held roles as Customer Service Manager, Account Manager and Fulfillment Channel Manager. She also worked at ABBKent-Taylor as Printing Supervisor and Marketing Manager and gained experience in the Pharmaceutical market when she worked at Pennwalt as a Chemical Technician. Sandy holds a BS in Graphics Arts & Printing from RIT and has taken numerous graduate management courses.
Lisa O'Brien
VP of Marketing
Lisa has been a member of the core Complemar community since before the company's creation, coming from an extensive promotional materials, specialty packaging, direct mail and fulfillment services background. With over 25 years of experience in these areas, Lisa has held positions of Fulfillment Supervisor, Estimator, Account Executive, New Business Manager, Client Support Manager and VP of Operations. Lisa is active member on the Mailing Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA) as a Fulfillment Committee and Education Committee member.
Stan Olevnik
VP of Rochester Operations
Stan is responsible for all Rochester Operations including fulfillment, packaging, inventory management, shipping & receiving as well as facilities management. He will be responsible for ensuring that we ship our orders on time, on budget and without exceptions. He will also join the leadership team and participate in the development of company goals and strategies and for organizational and operational excellence within his group. Prior to joining us, Stan worked for D+S Distribution, Inc., a third party Logistics and Supply Chain Management Organization with about 125 employees since 1997. Previously he served as a Department Manager, Buyer, Production Planner and Supervisor at Rubbermaid, Inc. Stan received a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology from Ohio Institute of Technology in 1982.
Diane Olivo
Manager of Software Products
Diane has over 20 years of information technology experience with the core Complemar team. Her contributions span computer operations, database administration, network and systems administration, applications and web site programming. She has designed and implemented a multitude of integrations, coordinated network installations and equipment moves, as well as software roll-outs. Her first hand experience with Fulfillment, Warehousing, Shipping, Lead Processing, as well as A/R, A/P, and Job Costing allows her to provide effective solutions for our clients. Diane's responsibilities include the overall planning and execution of all IT functions including software and hardware for customer solutions as well as internal operations support.
Pam Stuart
Program Manager WMS
Pam Stuart, an US Air Force veteran, has over 30 years experience in direct marketing and computer applications. Customer Service, Direct Mail, Premium and Literature Fulfillment, Database Management and System Analyst are all areas where Pam has managed, designed and implemented manual and computerized processes to improve productivity.
