Christine B. Whitman
Chairman, CEO, and President
Christine Whitman serves as Chairman, CEO, and President of Complemar, Inc., a packaging and fulfillment company in Rochester, NY. She is also the managing partner of CSW Associates, where she manages a portfolio of equity investments. Previously she served as Chairman, President and CEO of CVC, Inc., a semiconductor manufacturing equipment company that she took public and sold in 2000. Ms. Whitman also serves as member of the Board of Directors of SemiZone, Inc., Los Altos,CA, Soleo Communications in Fairport, NY, and Voiceport in Pittsford, NY. She is a Vice Chair the Rochester Institute of Technology Board of Trustees, Chair of the Rochester Museum and Science Center and member of the Greater Rochester Enterprise Board of Directors, the Al Sigl Partners Foundation Board of Governors, and the Halcyon Hill Foundation Board of Advisors.
Phillip Chapados
VP of Software Products
Phil is responsible for software development, Information Technology, software, databases, hardware and telephones and internet connectivity at Complemar. Prior to joining Complemar, Phil served for the last 4 years as a software architect through his consulting company, Agile Systems. He served as Control Systems Engineering Director at CVC, acquired by Veeco Instruments, from 1994-2003. Previously he served as a member of Technical Staff at Texas Instruments. Phil received his PhD & MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, and a BSEE from Johns Hopkins University.
Chris Fleiner
President of Sparks Operation
Chris has played a key role in introducing the northern Nevada market to cutting edge technology that incorporates customized digital printing, highly targeted marketing strategies and web based order fulfillment. Chris has been with JLH Inc. for more than 10 years and has mastered an understanding for direct marketing delivery methods and strategies. Whether he is meeting client fulfillment needs or employing the latest digital tools, Chris is personally knowledgeable with all of the direct response applications. In addition to his role with JLH, Chris is actively involved in the Sierra Graphics Network, A2N2 and the Boys and Girls Club of the Truckee Meadows. Chris holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Mike Gotthelf
President of Buffalo Operations
Mike Gotthelf serves as the President for the Merrill Print Division in Buffalo, NY. Mike founded Merrill in 1986 in Buffalo, NY, as a general commercial printer specializing in the production of printed marketing communication solutions. Prior to founding Merrill Press in 1986, Mike was Plant Manager at Manhardt-Alexander. Mike has experience in offset, digital, web-to-print, and developed MagicPrints.com and QuickBizCards.com, both on-line providers of print. He has over 40 years of experience in the printing industry.
Sandy Hess
Director of Sales
Sandy brings over fifteen years of understanding and delivering quality to her customers. Prior to joining Complemar, Sandy served as Director of Inside Sales & Customer Service at General Code, and was previously employed at Impco/Webcraft/Vertis for eight years where she held roles as Customer Service Manager, Account Manager and Fulfillment Channel Manager. She also worked at ABBKent-Taylor as Printing Supervisor and Marketing Manager and gained experience in the Pharmaceutical market when she worked at Pennwalt as a Chemical Technician. Sandy holds a BS in Graphics Arts & Printing from RIT and has taken numerous graduate management courses.
Lisa O'Brien
VP of Marketing and Business Development
Lisa has been a member of the core Complemar community since before the company's creation, coming from an extensive promotional materials, specialty packaging, direct mail and fulfillment services background. With over 25 years of experience in these areas, Lisa has held positions of Fulfillment Supervisor, Estimator, Account Executive, New Business Manager, Client Support Manager and VP of Operations. Lisa is active member on the Mailing Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA) as a Fulfillment Committee and Education Committee member.
Karen Perugini
Human Resources Administrator
Karen Perugini serves as the Human Resources Administrator at Complemar, with responsibility for the development, implementation and coordination of policies and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resources for the multi-company operations. She has more than 24 years in the Human Resources profession, and was previously employed in that capacity at Fisher-Price/Mattel. Karen is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Wendy Roberts
General Manager of Sparks Operations
Wendy Roberts has been with JLH, Inc. since 2007, most recently working as warehouse and fulfillment manager where she managed day to day operations including receiving, order management, shipping and warehouse organization. Wendy is responsible for all operations including print, mail, fulfillment and logistics. She brings 20 plus years of retail management and fulfillment experience to JLH, Inc. Wendy hold a BS in Business Administration from Montana State University, Billings.
Ann Wood
VP of Client Solutions & Operations
Ann Wood joined the company as VP of Client Solutions & Operations in September of 2009. She is responsible for procurement, customer support, fulfillment, packaging, inventory management, shipping & receiving as well as facilities management. Prior to joining Complemar, Ann held positions at Ultrafab, IEC, Xerox and Motorola. She has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Alfred University and an Executive MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
